We do not have a shop or regular opening hours but we can meet by appointment here on the farm.

We are not VAT registered. The price shown is the inclusive price.
Delivery:
We strive to get orders packed and placed with a courier within a working day. Delivery usually takes a further 2 and 4 days. We have very limited ability to deal with ‘urgent’ but will always try and help if possible.
The shipping price is calculated based on the weight of your order and is based on the Parcelforce charges, packaging and insurance costs. Your parcel will be sent via Parcelforce or Evri on a standard service. Unfortunately we can not offer next day delivery. Whenever possible, we try and use recycled packaging.
We DO NOT ship orders outside the UK.
Fresh Wreaths and foliage.
We do not deliver (or pack for couriers) any freshly cut foliage or fresh wreaths. They are only available for collection in person (by appointment). No need to ring to check if that applies to you; please be assured that it does. We do not post or pack fresh wreaths or foliage.
Returns & Refunds
If you want to return any or all of a wreath making sundries order please let me know within 2 weeks of receiving your items. Goods can be returned at your cost and if received back in a saleable condition a refund will be made for the cost of the goods but not the postage or insurance.
We do not accept returns for any of the fresh wreaths, foliage or other perishable goods hence why they must be collected from the farm so you can view before taking delivery.
I am a one man band and want to be fair, honest and reasonable with everyone. We don’t advertise but just rely on word of mouth. If you have had (or even anticipate) a problem please do ring me up on 07834 324080 so we can sort it out.
