Delivery:
We strive to get orders packed and placed with a courier within a working day. Delivery usually takes a further 2 and 4 days. We have very limited ability to deal with ‘urgent’ but will always try and help if possible.

The shipping price is calculated based on the weight of your order and is based on the Parcelforce charges, packaging and insurance costs. Your parcel will be sent via Parcelforce or Evri on a standard service. Unfortunately we can not offer next day delivery.

We DO NOT ship orders outside the UK.

Fresh Wreaths and foliage.
We do not deliver (or pack for couriers) any freshly cut foliage or fresh wreaths. They are only available for collection in person (by appointment). No need to ring to check if that applies to you; please be assured that it does. We do not post or pack fresh wreaths or foliage.
