A pack of 20 16 inch round wreath rings made from steel wire with a copper finish.
These large round wreath rings are too big for most doors and are generally used for memorials, shop window displays or for hanging on gates. They are also used for home decorations and craft projects such as rag wreaths and dream catchers.
The wreath rings are generally used to make the base of a traditional wreath by padding them with moss, straw or hay with binding wire (sometimes called reel wire) before adding the wreath foliage and wreath decorations. There are lots of wreath making tutorials on Youtube if you need a hand.
Wreath frames are made for floristry and although many are widely used for other crafts and decorations, it should be remembered that they are ‘cheap & cheerful’ product may well contain sharp spikes and edges and the odd poorly soldered joint. This is not an issue if used for their intended purpose of making a wreath base but it is something to consider if they are to be used for an alterative project or to be handled by a child.
